Since 2014, Wujiang plant has been promoting the upgrading of stamping production automation and has invested project resources and funds year by year. In addition, to continuously increasing the proportion of stamping automation production, Wujiang plant has also carried out the upgrading automation of various processes, such as automatic riveting丶automatic laminating丶automatic packaging etc. In addition, we are also carrying out research on the collection of production data and integrated with the whole workshop automation operation moving steadily towards the direction of intelligent manufacturing.
吳江廠自2014年開始推動沖壓生產自動化升級以來, 逐年投入專案資源與經費, 除持續提升沖壓自動化生產的比例外, 同時也進行各項工藝製程自主自動化的升級與改造,諸如自動䤝合丶自動貼合 丶自動包裝等等. 此外, 目前我們也正在進行研究生產數據的採集的作業, 以其搭配整個車間自動化的運作,朝向智能製造的方向穩步前行.
而在2015年, 我們開展了鈑金機櫃的設計與生產的業務, 從開始的室內/外的通信機櫃, 再加上後續我們在人機介面以及應用軟體的研發資源的挹注下,我們開始與客戶共同依其需求開發出客製化的產品, 如廣告機丶智能置物櫃等相關產品.
In 2015, we launched the design and production business of sheet metal cabinets, from the beginning of the indoor/outdoor communication cabinets, coupled with the subsequent injection of human-computer interface and application software R&D resources, we began to develop customized products, such as advertising machines, intelligent lockers and other related products in accordance with customers' needs.
